Access to capital remains a key barrier for women entrepreneurs. Pitch for the Purse™ helps women acquire expertise around access to capital through education and mentorship. To date, the program has provided education to over 250 women entrepreneurs in Canada.
Pitch for the Purse™ received an overwhelming response from women entrepreneurs across the country this year, and the quality of applications was incredible! Each of our Semi-Finalists gets paired with a Pitch Coach who is highly knowledgeable about pitching for investment, to help prepare them for the Semi-Finals event on November 30th. We are committed to providing education and mentorship to all the women who applied to this year’s Program.
Join us November 30th as these exceptional women pitch live at our Semi-Finals breakfast event, where our highly esteemed Judges, Tracey McVicar, John Montalbano and Ali Pejman, will select the 3 Finalists, and each choose a Finalist to mentor for the coming 3 months. Join us as part of our community that encourages, supports, and invests in these women. Meet the future.
